14.1. To make a purchase, you must follow the ordering procedures outlined within the service. Pricing information for services, as well as payment and delivery procedures, are provided within the service and are subject to change without prior notice.
Number of Channels and Movies (VOD)
The number of channels and movies available in the Video On Demand (VOD) library may vary as we regularly update and add new content on a weekly basis.
15. Suspension and downtime
15.1. Regarding our right to terminate or suspend your access, you acknowledge that your access and usage of the services may be temporarily suspended during unexpected or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services, for any reason.
All communications and notices exchanged under this Agreement must be in the English language. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or restrict your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if Ultimate Streamhub determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
The Ultimate Streamhub logo, as well as other Ultimate Streamhub trademarks, graphics, and scripts, are the exclusive property of Ultimate Streamhub. None of the Ultimate Streamhub trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or exploited in any way.
All services offered are subject to a refund policy. To request a refund, please open a support ticket.
If you made a payment using a credit card, refunds are generally processed, and funds are returned to the customer’s bank account within 20 business days. However, there may be instances where a refund takes longer to process, which can take up to 90 days.
